When you order a products from ALL Power Labs you can choose between “Ex-Works” and “Prepaid” shipping.
Ex-Works: “Do-it-Yourself” Shipping
With an “ex-works” order, you are charged no shipping fee, beyond a $250 handling fee for crating each Power Pallet and preparing it for transport. You can then negotiate shipping of your unit directly with the shipper of your choice. Once your unit is ready, we will notify you and you can send your shipper to make the pickup.
If you prefer, ALL Power Labs can arrange shipping on your behalf. You then make a single transaction with ALL Power Labs, including shipping and handling fees. Please allow 48 hours for international shipping estimates; it does take us 48 hours longer to make a binding offer including shipping estimate than when shipping “ex-works”. Please note that we normally ship CPT (Carriage Paid To) , however door to door shipping can usually be arranged for additional cost, depending on destination. In addition, we can also insure your shipment (which we highly recommend) for an additional fee, usually $0.90 per $100 of declared value.
If you have already paid for your unit, have been notified of your shipping charges, and would like to pay for those by credit card, use this button to initiate the transaction. To insure prompt shipment, be sure to enter the correct amount quoted to you for shipping and handling in the Shipping and Handling field.
Your Responsibility as the Buyer
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, any taxes and duties, as well as any necessary import licenses required by your country. Before attempting to import an ALL Power Labs product from the USA to any other country, it is extremely important that you familiarize yourself with the rules, regulations and fees that may apply in your case. It is recommended that you engage the services of a professional import broker to ensure ease of customs clearance. For example, many countries require purchasers of our equipment to have an “importers license”. In these countries, failure to obtain this license in advance can lead to your unit being held up in customs for long periods of time (resulting in heavy storage fees) or rejection of import. To avoid such “unpleasant surprises”, we urge all customers outside of the United States to consult a local customs broker immediately after placing your order. This will give you plenty of time to make the necessary arrangements while your unit is being built.
