100% Bio-Based Activated Carbon

We have achieved what few can—a 100% bio-based activated carbon certified through the
USDA BioPreferred® Program, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable, renewable materials.

Unlike conventional coconut shell activated carbon, which is often transported between multiple countries before
being imported from China or India, our activated carbon is produced locally using waste biomass, including
hazelnut shells and walnut shells.

Our proprietary, U.S.-designed gasification technology delivers 100% domestic content,
strengthening supply chain resilience while significantly reducing transportation emissions and overall climate impact.

By transforming agricultural waste into a high-value, carbon-negative product, we are actively supporting a

Benchmark Performance in Filtration

Our Activated Carbon (AC) is engineered for exceptional adsorption performance. Independent testing confirms a
BET Surface Area of 790 m²/g, providing an extensive internal surface capable of efficiently
capturing contaminants and small molecules.

For air purification, our material demonstrates outstanding adsorption of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and
gases, achieving a Butane Absorption Rate of 21.7%, exceeding the industry regulatory benchmark
of 21.4%.

Methylene Blue Testing

Methylene Blue (MB) adsorption is an important indicator of mesoporosity and the ability to remove large organic
molecules and dyes. Our proprietary activated carbon consistently matches or exceeds commercial-grade alternatives,
